I have a small roof over a bay window that was disintegrating because of weather and age. When I called they came out and gave me an estimate at a very reasonable price. They replaced the old shingles in a timely manner. They also removed the old shingles and did not leave a mess. I would recommend them highly.

MOT Roofing just finished replacing our 20-year-old 'new construction' roof, and I highly recommend them if you need a new roof or roof repair. Having never replaced a roof before, I did a lot of research, obtained several estimates, and quickly realized that you truly had to compare apples to apples when getting estimates or you would never be able to know if you were paying a fair price. I chose MOT Roofing because they are a local small business with great reviews, have been in business for 20+ years, were easy to work with, and provided excellent guidance on exactly what I did and did not require as part of a new roof installation. At no time did they apply high pressure sales tactics to make a sale or try to sell me something I didn't need. Lisa was awesome to work with - she communicated often about when they could do the work, updated me as weather impacted schedules, and in the end sent a crew that did an amazing job on my roof. This crew was meticulous - they really did amazing work and when they were finished it was like they were never there - very clean! I had been referred to MOT Roofing by a realtor friend of mine and am so appreciative! I was trying to find out the source of a possible roof leak, so Lisa sent her technician to my home to check it out. He completed an inspection and took the time to explain his findings with me which was quite helpful and reflective of great customer service! Whenever I spoke with Lisa on the phone or via email, she was always kind and was clear about pricing, etc. In the midst of the quarantine and among several other jobs they were taking care of at the same time, their responsiveness never missed a beat. Highly recommended! From the minute I called, I got nothing but great, high quality service working to meet my needs as quickly as possible. They fixed the side of my roof fast and went above and beyond every step of the way. Very polite and friendly workers.

We called six different roofing specialists for estimates and received three. MOT Roofing was our choice for several reasons. Ed and Lisa came to our home, sat down with us and explained the entire process from top to bottom. I asked them to compare their estimate to the other two that we received (contract estimates without prices) and Ed explained that they were all the same. The MOT estimate was the best of the three so we went with them. Their crew was excellent. They arrived as scheduled. They communicated with us to ensure we knew what they were doing. They were very careful not to harm our landscaping or (new) landscape lighting and they cleaned up after themselves and ran their magnetic sweeper to pick up any nails daily. When they finished the main house they re-roofed our gazebo that had cedar shake shingles. They replaced the cedar shake with matching (to our house) shingles after completely building a new roof on the gazebo. The experience was painless and they completed the job on schedule and we recommend MOT Roofing for your roofing needs.

We mostly dealt with Lisa in getting our roof replaced. Lisa is very thorough with the estimate and explanation of the work. So much so we didn't have many questions! Lisa, Ed, and their team did an excellent job in replacing our roof in one day. The crew had to replace a rotted out board that caused a leak in our dining room. They also rehung a gutter and replaced fascia that blew off our house in a storm. We are beyond satisfied with the work and clean up that they provided. We will highly recommend them to anyone!

We could not be happier with the job that was done for us by MOT Roofing LLC. The men who worked on our roof went above and beyond, on the 2 hottest days of the year, to get our roof completely finished in two days. We have a HUGE roof that had 2 layers on shingles that needed to be removed and replaced. We had leaks around our chimney, so they replaced the plywood, built a cricket, and installed new flashing. The owners, Lisa and Ed, were wonderful to work with from start to finish, as were the roofers. They were all so polite and courteous and amazing. We are 100% satisfied and we'd highly recommend them. An all around great experience.

Work was scheduled in a timely manner. Contract was clear and concise. Workers arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the day. Work site was protected and surrounding landscaping was unharmed. Area was cleaned up before the workers left the site. Contract stated that the job could take one or two days but the work was completed in one day

We have used MOT Roofing twice over the last year to repair two leaks at our house - one leak was seeping into our kitchen ceiling and the other was a leak at our basement window.
For both repairs, I dealt with Lisa over the phone to schedule and Will who performed the repairs. Lisa is very personable and easy to speak with. Will is extremely polite and takes the time to explain the issue and answer any questions before and after the work is complete.
We also found their prices to be very reasonable and we were very impressed with the work and service provided. They even came back to fix a small leak in the same vicinity as the first, many months later, free of charge. That alone speaks volumes.
With that said, MOT Rooting will continue to be our go-to for any roof or exterior repairs at our house. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is searching for an honest and dependable contractor.
